Corinthians raise £1000 for Prostate Cancer Charity

Old Corinthians today hosted their third charity tournament of the year in aid of the Tackle Prostate Cancer Charity, https://tackleprostate.org eight teams were invited to the tournament and competed in two leagues of four and a series of play off games to decide the winners. The final was played between Kicking Cancer and Coventry and district with Kicking Cancer running out eventual winners 1-0. However, the real winners were Tackle as we raised a £1000 towards helping set up help and support groups in the Black Country and West Midlands. The trophy was presented by our local MP Wendy Morton who has been a long standing supporter of our own local prostate friendship cafe at the Aldridge Well Being Centre.
